Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signlr ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us"), available at signlr.app, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. By creating an account or clicking "I agree", you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Description of Service

Signlr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• Market data feeds and signal scanning tools for US equities and options
• Technical analysis indicators including RSI, EMA, and momentum scoring
• AI-generated trade commentary and analysis ("AI Plans") powered by third-party AI APIs
• Watchlist management, price alerts, and notification tools
• An explore feature for researching individual securities

No Financial Advice

Nothing on Signlr constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any security.

All content — including signal scores, entry/exit levels, AI-generated plans, commentary, and any other material — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This content is not personalised to your financial situation, risk tolerance, investment goals, or tax circumstances.

You should not make any financial or investment decision based solely on information provided by Signlr. We strongly recommend:

• Conducting your own independent research before trading
• Consulting a licensed financial advisor or investment professional
• Understanding the risks associated with any financial instrument before trading it
• Never trading with money you cannot afford to lose

Risk of Loss

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance of any signal, strategy, or indicator is not indicative of future results
• Signlr's signal scores, entry/target/stop levels, and AI plans may be inaccurate, delayed, or incorrect
• Market data provided through Signlr may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
• Penny stocks, options, and leveraged instruments carry extremely high risk and are not suitable for all investors
• Algorithmic and AI-generated analysis can and does produce incorrect conclusions
• You bear sole responsibility for all trading decisions and their financial consequences

User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are associated with fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions and Billing

Signlr offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — Limited scanner access, no AI plans, 15-min delayed data
• Basic ($7.99/mo) — Real-time data, unlimited tickers, price alerts, saved watchlists
• Plus ($14.99/mo) — Everything in Basic, plus 50 AI plans/month and AI plan history
• Pro ($29.99/mo) — Unlimited AI plans, portfolio tracker, priority support

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc.. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

Signlr does not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, partial months, or for any dissatisfaction with signal performance or AI plan accuracy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Signlr to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell Signlr's data, signals, or AI output
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
• Engage in market manipulation or any activity that violates securities laws
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

The Signlr platform, branding, interface, signal scoring algorithms, and all associated software are owned by Signlr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you input into Signlr (e.g. watchlists, notes). By using the platform you grant Signlr a limited licence to store and process this data to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signlr, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses, trading losses, or loss of capital arising from use of the platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in market data, signals, or AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Actions or inactions taken based on content provided by Signlr

In all cases, Signlr's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signlr and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Any trading decisions you make based on Signlr content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

AI-Generated Content

Signlr's "AI Plans" feature uses third-party artificial intelligence APIs (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate trade commentary. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is not created by a licensed financial professional
• AI plans may be factually incorrect, outdated, or based on flawed analysis
• AI models can "hallucinate" or produce plausible-sounding but incorrect information
• AI plans should be treated as one data point among many, not as definitive trading advice
• Signlr is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

Third-Party Services

Signlr integrates with third-party services including:

• Alpaca Markets — real-time and historical market data
• Anthropic — AI language model API (Claude)
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Signlr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third parties. Market data accuracy depends on Alpaca's data feeds, and Signlr makes no warranty regarding its completeness or timeliness.

Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (available at signlr.app/privacy). By using the Service you consent to this collection and processing.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the platform.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings page. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end at the close of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we believe continued access poses a risk to other users or the platform. In cases of clear Terms violation, no refund will be issued.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Signlr shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of Signlr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
